tamanna may face kollywood ban

Director Seeman’s Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam along with several other organizations has called for a ban on Tamannah. In a recent interview the actress revealed that she is going to Srilanka for a Telugu film shoot by getting herself into trouble.

It is well known that there have been several protests by the Tamil film industry against the violence committed by the Sri Lankan government against the Tamils. The Tamil Film Industry passed a resolution not to go to Sri Lanka for any film shoot. It was also decided that whoever visits Srilanka in their professional capacity will be banned from the industry.

Tamanna is currently shooting with Ram Charan in Sri Lanka for Sampath Nandi's 'Racha'. Several organizations in Tamilnadu has called for a ban on Tamanna. There is already a call on the film industry not sign her in any film from now and even they decided to remove her recent Tamil film 'Venghai' from the theatres. This ban on Tamanna will significantly affect her career in movies and commercials.
