Anushka gave a nod for Malayalam director Vinayan to act in his forthcoming project. The movie titled ‘Dracula 2012’ is said to be in 3D format inspired from a novel by Bram Stoker.
Director Vinayan is impressed with the earlier performances of Anushka Shetty, especially by seeing her action sequences in Arundhathi, director approached her for this 3D movie and took her confirmation.
Anushka, who is very famous in south India expressed her interest to essay the lead in the 3D movie. But sources say the actress has signed 6 films in Tollywood and Kollywood combinely and so she has to work out with her dates. Director Vinayan hopeful that she will manage to be a part of the project. In the meantime, the team will be taking off to Romania for the shoot next month as Anushka is not needed for that portion. They are hoping that Anushka will be able to join them later.
Vinayan has planned to release ‘Dracula 2012’ simultaneously in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada languages
